Apartments Topla-Zloković are located in a great location in Herceg Novi, just 3 minutes easy walk to numerous beaches of your choice, as well as restaurants and beach bars, a long promenade along the coast and a variety of offers for all sports activities on the sea .. By walking, in just 10 minutes you can reach the Old Town, and in 5 minutes to Igalo. Rafaelo Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Herceg Novi, which includes a cafe-bar, pizzeria, restaurant and boat dock, is only 70m away from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, as well as boat docks intended for excursions through the Bay of Kotor to nearby exits and attractive beaches. We have comfortable three-bed and four-bed apartments that have one separate bedroom. All apartments are independent housing units.
To book an apartment, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Check-in is from 12 noon, while check-out is until 10 am. With prior notice, the guest can stay in the apartment until 14:00 with a surcharge of 50%, or after 14:00 with the payment of the full price of daily rent.
Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment, and is 1.00 Euro per day for an adult, and 0.50 Euro for children under 12 years.
We do not offer rooms, only apartments.
The price of the apartment depends on the term and length of stay, number of floors and size of the apartment, as well as the number of people.
We offer three one-bedroom apartments with bedroom and living room and one apartment that does not have a separate bedroom. All four apartments have four beds. and each is a separate unit for itself with separate entrances.
Upstairs apartments have large terraces overlooking the sea, and two apartments on the ground floor terrace in the gardens overlooking the greenery and the sea.
In front of the building is a public open parking and the price is 0.5 € per hour, or 5 € per day.
